Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the remaining days of your current billing period. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle, so you keep full access until then.
A single execution of one test suite on one target machine. If you run the same suite on three different servers, that counts as three runs. Re-running a failed suite does not consume a credit if it failed within the first 60 seconds.
Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card required. At the end of 14 days you can choose to subscribe or fall back to the Starter plan automatically.
We offer a 40 % discount on the Pro plan for verified academic institutions and registered non-profits. Send proof of status to [email protected] and we will apply the discount within two business days.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Starter and Pro data lives on UK-based servers. Enterprise customers can choose between UK, EU and US regions, or deploy the platform on their own infrastructure.
Annual billing saves you money
Pay for 10 months and get 12. The annual Pro plan works out to about £65.80 per month instead of £79. Enterprise annual pricing is negotiated individually; most customers save between 15 % and 25 % compared with monthly invoicing.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Invoices are generated on the first of each billing period and payment is due within 14 days. We accept bank transfer, direct debit and all major credit cards.
